Job Description:

Currently our client who is a well-established brand in the FMCG Industry is looking for a GM Sales to join their team as descripted below:

  • Min Bachelor Degree 
  • Having 8+ years of working experience in the FMCG sector
  • 8+ years of working experience in personal care and cosmetics
  • Strong leadership, strategic, analytical thinking, creative, innovative skills for business development
  • Strong understanding about strategy and operational that related to sales and services oriented

Job Requirements:

  • Responsible for sales targets and company budget expenditures.
  • Analyzes market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.
  • Develops sales forecasts and sales budgets.
  • Conducts control and evaluation of distributor performance.
  • Conducts control of sales target achievements
  • Builds relationships with distributors and Pareto outlets and provides coaching to the team to be able to implement the strategies that have been developed in accordance with the company's vision and mission.
