Job Description:
- Knowledge
transfer: share expertise and knowledge clearly and effectively through
instructional content, breaking down complex concepts into simpler, digestible
formats.
- Providing
examples: use case studies, real-world examples, and practical applications to
help learners understand the material better.
- Addressing
learner queries: be available to answer questions or provide clarification on
topics, ensuring a deeper understanding of the subject matter.
- Guiding
content development: work closely with instructional designers to ensure the
technical content is accurately represented and aligned with pedagogical best
practices.
- Feedback
and review: review course modules, provide feedback, and suggest improvements
for better knowledge delivery.
- Clear
and engaging communication: present the content in a manner that is clear, engaging,
and suitable for the e-learning environment, whether through video lectures or
voice-over content.
- Adaptability:
adjust the presentation style based on learner feedback and the requirements of
the course.
- Analyzing
feedback: review learner feedback to understand the effectiveness of the
content and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuous
improvement: implement changes based on feedback and the evolving needs of
learners.
- Measuring
outcomes: evaluate whether the learners are achieving the desired outcomes and
adjust content or delivery methods as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Currently still working at the company
- Willing to come to Talent Insider (Kelapa Gading) to do a shoot
- Minimum experience 5 - 7 years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with diverse groups and adapt training methods to different learning styles.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Empathy and patience in working with individuals at various skill levels.
