Job Description:
- Collaborate Between The IT And Finance Department, Along With Other Third Parties To Ensure Smooth Functioning Of Financial Systems, Tools And Implement New System Changes
- Implement And Streamline New Technologies, Software And Tools, Ensuring That They Integrate With Existing Financial Systems
- Monitor, Maintain And Troubleshoot Financial Systems, Ensuring System Governance And Controls Are In Place
- Assisting The Finance Team With Month-end Closing Processes And Procedures While Supporting The Reconciliation Of Reports Every Quarter/year
- Provide Necessary Training And Support To Relevant Users Of Financial Systems, And Ensuring User Procedures And Standards Are Developed And Maintained
- Identify Areas For Process Improvement And Automation, Streamlining Financial Processes To Increase Overall Efficiency And Reduce Cost
- Assist In Adhoc Projects And Initiatives As Needed
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related fields with at least 5 years of experience
- Strong understanding of accounting, financial systems and processes
- Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and ideally familiar with SAP, TM1 and BlackLine systems
- Agile and highly adaptable in fast paced working environments
- Resourceful and proactive, ability to work independently
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
