• Develop, Maintain, And Execute Monthly, Quarterly, And Annual Marketing Campaigns To Drive Users' Acquisition & Potential For Business Opportunities For Distribution Channels
• Responsible For The Development Of Activity Planning Process And Ensuring Its Adoption Across The Respective Business Units
• Manage All The Planning And Budgeting Activities Performed By The Business, Reviews Key Strategic Priorities And Translate Into Actionable Plans
• Know Our Customers And Users. Conduct Business, Users, And Customer Analysis To Support Marketing Strategy
• Contribute Ideas To Help Identify Effective, Creative, And Innovative Ways To Continuously Improve And Develop Content And Features In The Application
• Collaborate Across Internal Teams And External Stakeholders To Support Lead Generation And Adoptions Campaigns, Measure And Analyse The Content/features/apps Effectiveness
• Plan And Produce Agency Modules, Through Collaboration With Agency Force And Third-party Partner
• Manage The Strategic Partnership With Regional Office
• Lead Special Projects That Test New Market Segments With Creative & Innovative Approaches

• Proven work experience as a Marketing strategist or Marketing manager
• Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools, application and social media)
• Had the exposure handling GoTo Market strategy
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong analytical skills
• Team management skills
• Exposure handling application launching is preferred
• Background in start up especially FinTech is highly preference
