Job Description:
- Identifying New Business Opportunities That Align With The Company's Strategic Goals
- Developing Strategies To Increase Customer Retention By Identifying Customer Needs And Providing Excellent Service As Well As Securing New Customer In Pipeline
- Developing And Executing Strategic Plan To Achieve Sales Targets And Expand Customer Base
- Actively Looking For Opportunities And Effectively Communicate The Value Proposition Through Proposals And Presentations
Job Requirements:
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated and relevant experience in a similar role within a related environment (SaaS HRIS Company)
- 10 years of successful Sales experiences
- Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with cross functions employess internally
