Responsible
For Driving Client Focused Outcomes By Leading And Transforming Our Claims And
Operation Team To Provide Consulting And Advisory On The Spectrum Of Overall
Benefits And People Risks That Have A Positive Impact Upon Employee Health And
Wellbeing Which In Turn Support Clients Broader Talent Management And
Financial Goals. This Position Will Provide Us With A Point Of Differentiation
In The Health Solutions Community Which Will Support Client Attraction And
Retention And Achieve Overall Growth Objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in any relevant discipline
- In-depth knowledge of the overall employee benefits program, its funding mechanism, broking processes, advisory and consulting, market segments, and marketplaces
- Minimum regulatory requirements as stipulated by OJK and other relevant authority
- Experienced and proven record in leading client-facing and/or operation team of related experience in broking/consulting/professional services firm
- Highly motivated and excellent leadership skills while consistently driving for results
- An effective communicator who has ability to present, negotiate, and influence at operation and strategic level with clients
- Possess strategic planning skills, business acumen, and project management
- Demonstrate accountability, coaching, and management skills
- Alignment to departmental and organizational vision and goals
- Effective interpersonal and people management skills
