Job Description:
- Map Out Long-term Expansion Plan For The Hospital Group And Its Network
- Conduct Feasibility Study, Market Study & Competitor Analysis For New Hospital Development, Hospital Expansion, M&A & Potential Land Acquisition
- Explore Potential Partnerships With World‐renown Hospitals As Well As Health‐tech Companies For Technology Applications, Knowledge Transfer & Investments
- Plan Out Marketing Strategies And Its Execution To Widen Awareness Of Hospital Group Brand In The Market
- Develop Partnership With Private And Governmental Stakeholders To Broaden Hospital Group Business
- Develop New Products And Services To Continuously Catch Up With Market Trend
- Continuously Improve Operational Excellence To Create Excellent Patient Journey
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from any background (Master degree in MBA/business/management is a plus)
- Minimum 7 years experience in Hospital settings (Prestigious Private Hospital is preferred)
- Experience in acquiring latest health-technology advacement is a plus
- Strong market knowledge in Cardiology, Oncology, Gynecology and Pediatric is a plus
- Proficient in oral and written English
