Job Description:
- Identifying Potential Sites For Retail Development. This Involves Conducting Market Research To Identify Areas Where There Is Demand For Retail Space And Where There Is Potential For Growth
- Conduct Feasibility Studies To Determine The Viability Of Potential Development Sites. This Involves Assessing The Potential Costs And Revenues Associated With The Development And Determining Whether It Is Financially Feasible
- Negotiating Leases With Retail Tenants. This Involves Working With Tenants To Determine Their Needs And Negotiating Lease Terms That Are Mutually Beneficial
- Managing Properties After They Are Developed. This Involves Maintaining Properties, Ensuring That They Are Safe And Secure, And Addressing Any Issues That Arise
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- Minimum 10 years experience in business development and property expansion is a must
- Minimum 2 years experience as Head of BD or Head of Expansion
- Minimum 5 years experience in managing team
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta office
- Good analytical thinking and strong business acumen
