Job Description:

  • Reporting To A C-level, The Selected Candidate Is Expected To Be Passionate In The Humanitarian Sector, And Is Expected To Run The Program Effectively. He/she Will Be Leading A High-profile Project That Resonate Well With Millions Of People
  • Setting Up The Operations To Run The Programs Using The Technology Available. This Includes Building The Process, And Overseeing The Whole Operational Aspects Of This Program, And Ensuring The Flow With The Platform
  • Setting The SOP And Improving The Operational Excellence Of The Program To Ensure That The Mission Is Being Achieved
  • Creating Business Planning And Ability To Conduct Budgeting And Cost Control
  • Developing Excellent Partnership With External Vendors To Ensure The Development Of The Apps Are Aligned With The Business Strategy
  • Developing The Ecosystem Of The Program Through Partnership, Fund Raising And Community Engagement Programs
  • Delivering Superior And Impactful End Solutions That Contributes To The Launch Of This Program, And The Business Continuation Of It
  • Partnering With Various Stakeholders To Evaluate And Identify Specific Areas In Need Of Improvement
  • Setting Up Partnership With Government, Private Sectors Other Organisations With Similar Objectives
  • Ensuring That The Program Strategy And Implementation Are In Line With The Group Strategy
  • Coordinating With Multiple Stakeholders, Which Includes Donors, Local Partners, Government, Communities And The Targeted Audience In The Rural Areas
  • Monitoring And Recommending Budget And Projections, And Ensuring The Efficiency Of The Program Resources

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate major from Tier 1 University only
  • Minimum working experience of 8 years, in which at least 2 years working experience in reputable firms with agile culture
  • Industry preference: fast-paced, agile, start up companies would be preferred
  • Experience in product management will be a plus, but not a must
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and decision making skills
  • Strong business acumen, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and adaptability, energetic and result-oriented
  • Passionate about humanitarian sector
  • Strong operational background with the willingness to be hands on in planning, executing and seeing through the strategies into actionable tasks
  • Solid project management skill with excellent interpersonal and presentation skill
  • Proficient in team management, in both a remote and on-site model with global teams
  • Excellent strong team management and leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel to remote areas
