Job Description:
Reporting
Directly To The CEO, This Role Will Have The Responsibility To Work And Oversee
The Whole Company's Performance Along With The Executive Committees To Achieve
Their Company Objectives And Targets. This Role Will Need To Identify Company
Improvements And Create Actions To Be Executed Along With Relevant
Stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Improvements and Operations
- Proven successful records of experience in becoming strategic partner for company's business in providing strategy
- Preferably someone with experience sitting in a Holding Company with a variety of business
- Ability to review, analyze and challenge financial reports, statements, and projections/business planning/projects plan
- Experience working in financial consulting and healthcare industries will be a plus
- Preferably someone who has good written and communication in English
- Extensive understanding in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), HRIS and other database systems
