Job Description:
- Develop And Maintain Credit Risk Policies
- Oversees And/or Monitors All Credit Risk Management Activities Of The Organisation
- Provides Oversight And Direction To Ensure The Overall Quality Of The Organisation's Credit Portfolio
- Ensures Credit Application Processing And Credit Management Are Conducted According To Defined Credit Risk Parameters
- Has A Strong Understanding Of Basel Capital Standards, Quantitative Credit Models And Tests, And Also Possesses Extensive Market Experience
- Conduct Credit Risk Assessment And Management Activities
- Manage Credit Portfolios Within Credit Risk Appetite And Limits
- Review And Rate Counter Party Risk Application
- Monitor And Report On Credit Risk Portfolios
Job Requirements:
- Has clear strategic orientation can think of the big picture
- Possesses strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Has a sound understanding of quantitative analytic approaches and how to derive commercial insights and decisions from data
- Credit Risk Management & Credit Assessment in financial services industry
- Credit Scoring
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree from Reputable / Top Tier University
- Minimum of 10+ years of experiences within the Financial Services sector, especially Top Fin-Tech or Digital Banking
- Exceptional communication skills
