Job Description:
- Overseeing The Data Management - Not Only Technical Aspects But Also Operational Aspects, As Well As Engaging In Strategic Planning
- In Charge Of Strategy, Planning And Execution Of Data Team, From Data Analysts, Data Scientists And Data Engineers
- Overseeing Data Management Projects, Policies And Procedures
- Develop Goals For Data Management To Continually Enhance Productivity, Quality, And Actively Contribute To The Strategic Decision-making Process And Impetus To Achieve The Corporate Goals
Job Requirements:
- Have a bachelor's degree or higher, as well as education in relevant fields. Such as computer science, management information systems, or data science.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in various data functions, with 2 years experience of leading a productive team
- Successful track record in building a data organization & infra that grows along with the business growth - is a plus
- Have strong interpersonal skill
- Shows great leadership and time management skill
