Job Description:
- Manage A Team Of Data Scientists
- Ensure Timely And Quality Delivery Of Projects
- Plan, Schedule And Manage The Data Science Initiatives
- Develop And Implement Standards For Data Science Code, Models, Experiments, Documentation
- Familiar With ML Lifecycle And Hands-on Experience Managing ML In Production Environments.
- Provide Quality Assurance And Control Of All Data Science Research Plans, Methodologies And Implementation Of Deliverables. Review And Code-review The Team's Work.
- Comfortable In Writing Advanced SQL (Joins, Partition/Window Functions, CTEs, Sub-queries)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Statistics, (Applied) Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar advanced degree is preferred
- Possess numerous of experience in applied Data Science, Quantitative Analysis, Statistical Analysis, or Modelling
- Comfortable in writing advanced SQL (Joins, Partition/Window functions, CTEs, sub-queries; fluency in Python and the core Python data stack (Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-Learn, SciPy, Matplotlib)
- Deep understanding of Data Science fundamentals and workflow e.g. algorithms, data structures, model selection and evaluation, model performance metrics, ensembling, and common pitfalls of machine learning.
- Excellent communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English)
