• Ability To Operationalise And Execute D&T Potential Programs And Optimise/prioritise Resource Allocation For Numerous Local Initiatives
• Ensure Success Through Pressure Testing Solutions And Providing The Team With High Impact Support
• Providing The Team With A Strong Technical Vision And Guidance To Ensure Major Plans And Initiatives Are Carried Out Smoothly
• Oversee The Design And Implementation Of D&T Function's Policies And Procedures
• Work Closely With Strategic Vendors And Partners To Foster Strong Relationships And Enable Successful Digital Transformation
• Ensure That All Digital And Technological Processes Such As Cyber Security Measures, Data Management And Systems Information Are Properly And Efficiently Managed
• Supporting The Digital Up-skill Of The Overall Workforce, Across The Full Spectrum Of Digital & Technology, Such As In Data, Advanced Analytic, Digital Product Development And Cyber Security
• Able To Foster A Strong Working Environment Within The D&T Team, Aligned With The Corporate Culture

• Ideally 8 years of experience within the workforce, with a minimum of 5 years in an IT/digital/technology related field
• Possess strong business knowledge and understanding of the client's industry
• Strong experience in digital transformation, with the ability to build a team successfully from the ground up and hire world-class talents to deliver operational excellence
• Possess a digital and innovative mindset to make critical strategic decisions
• Excellent leadership & communication skills, with flexibility in working and managing multiple stakeholders
• Ability to break down and explain complex technical processes to business stakeholders
• Ability to manage and build strong relationships with leaders across the region
