Job Description:
Requirements: ● 5-7 Years Of Relevant Senior Sales Experience In Employee Benefit In A Broker And/or In An Insurance ● Previous Experience In Running And Scaling A Team ● Pipeline Management Knowhow And Experience In Using Tools (hubspot) Would Be Preferred ● Strong Analytical And Quantitative Skills; Ability To Use Hard Data And Metrics To Back Up Assumptions, And Recommendations, And Drive Actions. ● Strong Leadership And Team-building Skills ● Insurance Product Knowledge And Established Relationships With Insurance Companies Noted: ● The Candidate Will Be Closely Working With The Lifepal Leadership Team And Will Be 100% In Charge Of The EB Sales Team Targets. ● The Resource Will Be Required To Plan And Execute Strategies To Hit The KPI While Managing And Optimizing Existing Processes. ● The Current Team Is Made Of 20+ People With Various Backgrounds And Seniority.
