Job Description:
- Researching Prospective Donors, And Being Responsible To Create A Compelling Strong Fund Raising Message That Appeals To The Potential Donors
- Building Collaborative And Innovative Plan To Identify Potential Donors And Strategic Partnerships
- Ensuring That The Program Strategy And Implementation Are In Line With The Targeted Sponsors
- Coordinating With Multiple Stakeholders, Which Includes Donors, Local Partners, Government, Communities And The Targeted Audience In The Rural Areas
- Proactively Introducing New Strategies That Fits The Requirement
- Partnering With Various Stakeholders To Evaluate And Identify Specific Areas In Need Of Improvement
- Ensuring Adherence To Program Guidelines, And Ensuring On-time Delivery In Accordance By Delivering Quality Frameworks And Standards
- Monitoring And Recommending Budget And Projections, And Ensuring The Efficiency Of The Project Resources
- Creating And Organizing Strategic Plans By Managing Complex And Multi-faceted Relationships That Will Result In Revenue-producing Partnerships
- Developing Key Partnerships And Initiatives That Will Results In New Partnerships, Renewal And Cross-sales
Job Requirements:
- University graduate major from Tier 1 University only
- Minimum working experience of 8 years, in which at least 5 years in client-facing B2B type of roles
- Excellent problem solving, analytic and decision-making skills
- Strong business acumen, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and adaptability, energetic and result-oriented
- Passionate about humanitarian sector
- Ability to work independently
- Having a track record of network to decision makers, or C-level
- Proficient in team management, in both a remote and on-site model with global teams
- Excellent strong team management and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel to remote areas
