Job Description:
- Provide Pre-licensing And Licensing Support To The Legal Team To Ensure Compliance With Regulations
- Liaise, Manage, And Nurture Smooth Working Relationships With Regulators, Mainly OJK And BI, As Well As Relevant Associations (AFTECH, AFPI)
- Convey And Protect The Company's Interests In Regards To Relevant Policy/political Issues
- Conduct Monitoring And Analysis Of Relevant Policy Issues
Job Requirements:
- More than 8 years of experience as a Government Relations, Public Policy, or Legal specialist in the fintech/digital economy/financial industry
- Bachelor's degree or higher in political science, law, humanities, public policy, and other relevant fields
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience in engaging and strong networks with regulators (OJK, BI) and fintech associations
- Ability to perform and deliver as a single contributor
