Job Description:
- Establishing And Maintaining Close Working Relationships With Government Agencies, Primarily The Ministry Of Environment And Forestry, The Coordinating Ministry For Maritime And Investment Affairs, Associations, And Other Relevant Stakeholders
- Conducting Regular Monitoring And Intelligence Gathering On Regulatory Development And Issues Pertaining To Carbon Market/carbon Trading To Provide Analysis And Advice Related To The Impacts On The Business
- Designing And Carrying Out Policy Advocacy In The Carbon Industry Ecosystem
- Developing And Executing Stakeholder Engagement Plans With Government Agencies And Other Stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (public policy, law, environment, etc)
- At least 7 years of work experience in public policy/government relations/corporate affairs in tech, environmental consulting, international organizations, or climate and forestry-related roles
- Strong understanding of the carbon market and carbon trading mechanism in Indonesia
- Strong interest in the sustainability industry
- Close working relationships with the aforementioned ministries would be a huge advantage
