Job Description:
- Managing And Maintaining end-to-end Human Resources function
- Supporting And Advising Top Management On The Best Practices On Site
- Suggesting, Initialising, And Proposing Site-specific HR Programs To Increase Productivity And Employee Engagement
- Ensuring Compliance And Good Relationship With Local Government And Surrounding Areas
- Overseeing General Affairs Function
- Managing Strong Relationship With Stakeholders Such As Other Divisions And External Parties
- Maintaining Overall Supportive And Strong Human Resources Function To Support The Organization
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably from psychology, human resources management, or similar major
- Over 5 years of experiences in managing HRGA function for site
- Previous experiences in plantation, manufacturing, mining, or pharmaceutical is preferred, on-site experiences is a must
- Experiences in handling end-to-end HRGA matter, especially for site
- Proven track record of strong employee and industrial relations matter
- Strong understanding of the current labor laws
- Ability to negotiate, present, and manage expectations of top management and staff level
- Previous experiences in creating and implementing projects and changes to the organization
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team as a leader as well as becoming a business partner to the management
