Job Description:

  • Manage And Lead End-to-end HR Department Such As Overseeing Entire HR Systems, Handling Employee Relations, Ensuring Compliance With Regulations, Managing Budgets, Assessing Staffing Needs, Designing Effective Talent Programs, Developing Performance Management And Ensuring Organization Effectiveness
  • Ensure Human Resources Programs And Initiatives Are Effective, Efficient, And Aligned To Overall Business Objectives
  • Partner With All Management Levels To Drive Business Results That Optimize Human Resources Talent, Structure, Process And Culture. Provide Advice To Executive Leadership On All Organizational Matters
  • Participates In Leadership Team Meetings To Develop Operating Plans And Ensure That The Function Has The People, Organization And Culture To Enable It To Execute Effectively To Meet Near Term And Longer-range Goals
  • Partners With Key Business Leaders On Opportunities To Leverage People To Meet Organizational Objectives, Identify Key Business Issues And The Related People, Organizational And Cultural Implications
  • Design And Lead The Implementation Of Program, Solution And Practices To Enhance And Grow The Business Through Effective Human Capital Structure And Services
  • Provide Advice, Guidance And Direct Support On All Aspects Related To People Management To Business Stakeholders, Labor Union Relationship And Government Liaison

Job Requirements:

  • Proven track record of at least 15+ years of experiences having worked in end-to-end progressive HR exposure in HR operations and strategic role as business partner to senior leadership team
  • Experience operating with senior/executive management teams in a matrix organization structure
  • Sound leadership experience in leading HR department under a dynamic, complex and large headcount business/organization
  • Strong problem-solving, business acumen, strategic thinking to understand and achieve business goals by developing an aligned HR agenda and strategy
  • Ideally experienced working with different business stakeholders, business affiliates and Board of Directors/Investors
  • Strong foundation in HR Operations and services in addition to business partnering experience
  • Agile mindset
