Job Description:
- Develop And Implement HR Policies, Procedures, And Initiatives In Line With The Company's Overall Strategy And Objectives. Act As A Business Partner And Strategic Advisor To The Senior Leadership Team.
- Ensure Compliance With Labor Laws And Regulations, And Keep Up-to-date With Changes In Legislation That May Impact The Organization.
- Establish And Maintain Effective Relationships With Employees, Managers, And Senior Leaders, And Provide Advice And Support On HR Matters
- Develop And Implement Employee Retention Programs And Initiatives To Enhance Employee Engagement And Productivity
- Develop And Implement Performance Management Programs That Enable The Company To Measure And Evaluate Employee Performance Effectively
- Provide Guidance And Support On Employee Relations Issues, Including
Performance Management, Discipline, And Grievance Handling.
Job Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices in Indonesia
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve problems and make decision - Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Proven track record in handling organizational transformation projects
- Willing to be based in a remote location full time
