Job Description:

Currently our client is looking for Head of Industry as descripted below:

  • Responsible for leading and managing the home living furniture industry within the company.
  • Require a deep understanding of industry trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics to drive growth, profitability, and innovation.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to position the company as a leading player in the home living furniture industry.
  • Oversee the development of new product lines, ensuring they align with market demands, design aesthetics, and quality standards.
  • Manage the manufacturing process, including sourcing materials, quality control, and production efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, design, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the home living furniture industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
