Job Description:
- Develop Annual Internal Audit Plan Based On Risk Based Approach And Monitoring The Execution And Ensure Its Follows Group Internal Audit Standards
- Develop Risk Matrix Paper Based On Results Of Audit Findings And Control Assessments
- Ensuring All Internal Control Activities In All Holcim And Its Subsidiaries Are Fully Operating As Per Group Internal Control Standards
- Strengthening Controls In Company CAPEX, Procurement, Sales And Other Areas
- Regular Meeting (Monthly / Quarterly) With Audit Committee, Board Of Directors, Board Of Commissioners, Group Internal Audit & Control Team, Group Fraud Team
- Regular Reporting To OJK (Financial Services Authority)
- Develop Internal Team Competencies
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, majored in Accounting/Finance or full professional qualification (e.g. CIA, CISA)
- At least 10 years of working experience in similar roles
- You will have excellent command of Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast paced environment at a rapidly growing company
- High level of ethics and integrity
- Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships
