Job Description:
- Lead And Drive The Learning And Development Team By Working Collaboratively With Management And Stakeholders Across All Departments Including Employees To Develop And Drive The Programs Effectively
- Lead And Manage The Overall Learning And Development / L&D Team For Both Head Office, Corporate And Operations Team For The Overall End-to-end Curriculum Including The Academy
- Develop And Implement Strategic Plans For Learning And Development Program Including Identifying Training Needs And Developing Training Programs Through Organizational Development And Talent Management To Build And Implement Career Path And Succession Planning
- Develop And Drive Training Curriculum, Materials And Provide Training Services To Employees In Line With The Learning And Development Plans
- Collaborate With Senior Leadership To Develop Training Programs In Areas Such As Leadership Development And Conflict Resolution
- Manage The Training Needs Analysis Across The Organization To Ensure The L&D Plan In Line With The Development Needs
- Continuously Identify And Be Updated With Any New Technologies And Trends Needed For Training Applications And Recommending Effective Processes To The Executive Team
- Oversee And Manage The L&D Budget For Both Internal And External Parties Training
- Provide The Timely L&D Report For The Executive Team To Analyze The Program Effectiveness And To Ensure Gaps Are Properly Managed
- Work Closely With Business And People Team To Measure And Ensure Impactful Results To Align With Business Objectives And Goals
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record and experience in leading and heading the end-to-end Learning and Development team and/or Academy with ideally at least 15+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing, crafting and leading end-to-end programs for people development across all functions and levels - from operations, corporate and leadership development
- Demonstrated experiences in leading L&D team and curriculum management that effectively support business objectives and organization goals through by identifying and assessing current needs
- Sound knowledge of effective learning and development methods including e-learning and Learning Management System platforms and other relevant effective platforms
- Strong and exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholders management skills
- Sharp business acumen and strong in data analysis with passion on People and their growth to bring an impact to the overall business
- Strong experience and exposure in Retail / Operations / Sales oriented Service industries would be advantageous
- Background in training would be advantageous
