Job Description:
- Develop And Implement Comprehensive Leasing Strategies To Maximize Occupancy And Revenue Generation For The Convention Center
- Identify And Target Potential Tenants, Including Event Organizers, Exhibitors, Corporate Clients, And Other Relevant Businesses
- Conduct Market Research And Analysis To Identify Market Trends, Competitor Activities, And Leasing Opportunities
- Negotiate Lease Terms, Rental Rates, And Other Contractual Terms With Prospective Tenants, Ensuring Mutually Beneficial Agreements
- Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Existing Tenants, Addressing Their Needs, Resolving Issues, And Ensuring High Levels Of Tenant Satisfaction
- Collaborate With The Marketing Team To Develop Effective Promotional Campaigns And Initiatives To Attract New Tenants And Increase Awareness Of The Property In The MICE Industry
- Coordinate With Internal Teams, Including Operations, Facilities Management, And Finance, To Ensure Seamless Execution Of Leasing Activities And Compliance With Contractual Obligations
- Prepare Regular Reports On Leasing Activities, Occupancy Rates, Revenue Forecasts, And Tenant Satisfaction Levels For Senior Management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience, with proven track record in leasing and property management, preferably in the MICE or commercial real estate industry
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable leasing agreements and maintain positive tenant relationships
- Excellent understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and best practices in leasing and property management
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, industry professionals, and internal stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute leasing strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market opportunities, evaluate tenant requirements, and make informed leasing decisions
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a leasing team
