Job Description:
- Overseeing All Aspects Of The Mall Management Including But Not Limited To Leasing And Tenant Relations, Business Planning And Financial Management, Inspection, And Safety Functions
- Organizing The Operations Of A Leasing Department To Maximize Profit And Work Efficiency
- To Develop The Conceptualization Of Leasing Plan And Strategies Including But Not Limited To The Development Of Attractive Leasing Packages, Merchandising Mix Plan, Product Placement Plan And Tenant Bundling
- Ensure The Successful Leasing Of Retail, Food & Beverage And Services Outlets, In Line With The Commercial Terms Set Out In The Leasing Budget, As Well As The Pre-determined Strategy
- To Assist In Organizing, Planning, Monitoring, And To Ensure Effective Implementation Of The Leasing Plan
- Oversee Portfolio Lease Management-related Activities, Including The Start Of Lease Renewal, Negotiation And Execution, Restructuring Of Leases, Management Of Rents And Work With Attorneys On Legal Actions
- Contact With Agents, Prospects And Tenants, Conduct Sales Calls And Presentations
- Matters Concerning Price Negotiation, Sales And Tenants
- Lead To The Negotiation And Termination Of Individual Lease Transactions And Recommend Contract Terms
- Manage And Follow-up Lease Transactions And Support The Team In Concluding Transactions. To Be Involved
- We Are In Charge Of Our Daily Team Through Formal Meetings To Monitor The Momentum Of The Leasing Process
- Maintain Strong Relationships With Tenants In Order To Facilitate The Inclusion Of Their Concepts As Part Of The Master Strategy And To Build And Maintain Relationships
- Work Alongside Tenants To Understand Their Expansion Requirement, Negotiate And Execute New Leases
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree in a relevant discipline may be preferred
- 40 to 45 years of age
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as Senior Leasing Manager. Experience in a similar industry or property type is advantageous
- Strong understanding of leasing principles, property management, and commercial real estate practices. Familiarity with local market conditions, zoning regulations, and legal requirements related to leasing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to negotiate lease terms, interact with tenants and industry professionals, and prepare reports and presentations
- Proficiency in financial analysis, including lease evaluation, revenue forecasting, and expense management. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven leadership skills to manage a team, set goals, and motivate individuals. Ability to delegate tasks, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative and productive work environment
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to secure favorable lease agreements and resolve tenant issues effectively
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate lease administration, compliance, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in using leasing software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications for data analysis, reporting, and communication
