Job Description:
- Develop, Communicate And Ensure Implementation Of The Planned Strategy By Working In Conjunction With Other Team Members
- Lead Team Members In Developing And Implementing Advertising And Sales Promotion Plans Including Brand Building Activities And Merchandising Promotional Plans
- Develop And Work In Collaboration With Other Team Members To Drive The Implementation Of New Initiatives And Strategies Or Opportunities To Support And Build Brand Strategy And Drive Sales
- Effectively Communicate Marketing Opportunities And Provide Appropriate Advice And Guidance To Stores And Merchandising
- Managers In Order To Achieve And Exceed The Targeted Customer Service Standard
- Create A Learning Environment By Supporting And Implementing A Strategic Learning And Development Plan For Oneself And Team Members
- Maintain Effective Spending Related To Marketing Budget To Achieve Maximum Impact In The Market
Job Requirements:
- Indonesian candidate, strong international exposure will be major advantage
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university at least 10 years experience in Brand Marketing role within FMCG company with last position as Marketing Manager
- Exposure the beauty & personal care industry will be a plus
- Strong experience in leading a high performing team
- Excellent communication and presentation in English
