Job Description:
- Responsible for developing marketing, promotion, event strategies, and ideas related to the products/services being marketed.
- Identify potential markets and strategies for business development, including competitors.
- Implement the successful strategies proposed.
- Design, implement, and facilitate marketing strategies to ensure they are executed within the set timeframe.
- Conduct market research and identify potential products for development.
- Create and execute effective product launches in alignment with the company's vision and mission.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Management/Marketing.
- Min 8-15 years of working experience in the FMCG sector.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the personal care and cosmetics field.
- Strong interest and comprehensive understanding of the development of business products and services.
- Analytical thinking, creative, innovative, with "out-of-the-box" thinking, strong in strategy, analysis, and implementation.
- Fluent in English.
