Job Description:
- To Execute Customer Customer First Marketing At All The Critical Touch Points Of The Customer Journey Map According To The Set Key Performance Indicators Including Budget Performance Marketing Spend
- To Execute Effectively And Efficiently The Marketing Transformation Framework, Including Building A Suitable Marketing Team With High Performance DNA Which Is In Line With The Organisation Char
- To Ensure Consistency Of Key Messaging Communication Across All Channels, Matching Content With Customer Intent At Each Key Stages Of The Customer Journey And Ensure A High Level Of Engagement On Marketing
- To Adopt Agile Marketing Approach To Planning, Budgeting And Execution
- Ad Hoc Assignment May Be Given From Time To Time
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 years of working experience with at least 5 years in managerial level
- Bachelor or Master degree in reputable university
- Experienced handling Go To Market strategy, customer journey and different types of campaigns
- Understand and experienced using modern marketing strategy
- Have the mentality of getting the job done and is willing to travel for work if needed
- Ability to manage different stakeholders both internal and external to boost collaboration possibility
