• Lead The Mechanical Engineering Team In The Design And Construction Of HVAC, Plumbing, And Fire Suppression Systems For Our Data Centers
• Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams To Ensure That Mechanical Systems Integrate Seamlessly With Electrical, Network, And Other Data Center Systems
• Develop And Manage Project Plans For New Data Center Construction And Retrofits
• Ensure Compliance With Local, National, And International Codes And Regulations
• Develop And Maintain Relationships With Equipment Vendors And Contractors
• Drive Innovation And Continuous Improvement In Mechanical Systems Design And Operation
• Develop And Manage Budgets For Mechanical Engineering Projects And Operations
• Hire, Train, And Mentor Mechanical Engineering Team Members

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience designing and constructing HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression systems for data centers or other critical facilities
• Familiarity with local, national, and international codes and regulations related to mechanical systems design and operation
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to hire, train, and mentor team members
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in mechanical systems design and operation
• Experience working with architectural and construction teams, and familiarity with the construction process
• Knowledge of sustainability and energy efficiency practices and principles in the mechanical engineering field
• Experience working in a global organization, with knowledge of international codes and regulations
