Job Description:
- Formulate Business Strategy With Others In The Executive Team
- Evaluate Risk And Lead Quality Assurance Efforts
- Ensuring Flawless Day-to-day Operations Of Customer On Boarding And Customer Service
- Responsible For Design, Establish, Document, And Maintain Consistent Practices And Standards Related To Project And Program Governance, Including Project Planning, Reporting, Approvals And Change Control, Risk And Issue Management
- Drive Continuous Improvement In Business Processes Including Improving Service Level Agreement (SLA), Shortening Cycle Times, Increasing Visibility Of Enterprise Information, And Other Business Needs
- Create/update Procedures And Policies To Meet Regulatory Requirements And Communicate The Procedure Or Policy To Related Functions
- Manage Contracts And Relations With Customers, Vendors, Partners, And Other Stakeholders
- Building Service Culture - Our Initial Goal Is To Build An Evangelist Culture
- Handle Project Management
- Manage The Operations Team (staff And Budget)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree is Business / Economic or equivalent degree
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in handling onboarding, KYC & Card delivery with a mix of Banking and Tech exposure
- A seasoned professional who has experience in Strategy and Project Management
- Excellent English and communication skills
