Job Description:

  • Drive The Product Vision, Strategy And Delivery For Their New Product Line. Creating Your Own Roadmap And Communicate The Vision And Goals To Stakeholders And Users; Initial Chain Will Be Reporting To CTO
  • Be A Leader To Solve Customer Needs And Build Business Context With Various Stakeholders Across Teams And Functions
  • Lead The Strategic Planning And Prioritization Of Product Capital Spend Against Budget
  • Stategize Plan For Growth And Customer Acquisition As Well As Retention
  • Create And Develop New Product In The Space For SMB Fintech To Keep Up With The Trend And Solve User Problems
  • Build World-class Product Management Team By Guiding And Mentoring PMs Across Many Levels And Backgrounds
  • Strategize Development And Communication Of Company's Brand Value To Customers And Partners

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's / Masters or an equivalent degree, preferably in engineering or management
  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Strong understanding on the Fintech environment
  • Strong candidates has experiences in working on either of the following products: Investment, BNPL, Lending, Wealth Management, Insurance.
  • Successful track record in planning, developing and executing strategy for multiple projects while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Analytical and data-driven, love digging into data and gather insights. Able to define and measure success on every product build
  • Fluent in English, confident communicator and has strong entrepreneurial spirit. Curious and highly proactive behaviour is a must.
  • Strong leadership, team-building and mentorship experience.
  • Passion for customers, always bringing questions back to what will serve them best
  • Ability to influence through persuasive verbal and written communication
