Responsibilities
- Monitor And Conduct Unit Testing And Code Reviews Of Committed Code Done By The Indonesia Team To Have Clean Code.
- Lead The Team For Web Or Mobile Application Development.
- Develop Clear And Effective Codes To Achieve Both Product And Business Goals.
- Manage Platform Architecture In An AWS Environment, Limited To The Role Of DevOps.
- Define A Technology Roadmap And Security Guidelines For The Company.
- Follow Release Cycles And Commitments To Deadlines.
- Proactively Research And Stay On Top Of Trends In E-commerce/marketplace Design For Technology And Securities.
- Mentoring Junior Developers And Focusing On Team Contribution.
Qualifications
- A Minimum Of 5 Years' Experience As A Team Lead Is Required (preferably In DevOps)
- Have The Capability To Write Maintainable, Scalable, Efficient, And Modular Code
- Motivated, Dynamic, Inspiring, And, Result-oriented, And Has A Strong Portfolio With Demonstrable Team-leading Skills
- Work In A Cross-functional Team, Collaborating With Peers During The Entire SDLC
- Experience In Developing Both Front-end And Back-end Systems
- Have Strong Knowledge Of Managing An AWS Environment
- Ability To Code In Python, PHP, Flutter, And React.Js
- Fluent In English Is A Must (oral And Written)
