Job Description:
- Maintain A Good Relationship With The Hotel / Property Owners And Hotel / Property Staff
- Manage Key Partners By Building Relationships With The Properties
- Liaise With All Internal Departments To Manage The Properties
- Analyse The Business And Coordinate With Property Owners On Long-term Goals (growing The Business)
- Minimise The Property Churn
- Gain The Revenue
- Forecasting Business Prospects (business Acumen)
- Develop New Initiatives To Maximise Growth And Meet Customer Needs
- Proactively Identify Opportunities To Improve The Customer Experience And Improve Operational Efficiency
- Willing To Work On The Field To Visit And Follow Up Properties
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years experiences in managing accounts in E-commerce/Insurance/Banking sector
- Have working experiences in Change Management & Transformation Consultant
- Having experience as a Project Leader during change management / transformation project
- Experience working in start-up company
- Bachelor Degree in any major. Marketing/Communication majors are preferred
- Experience in Project Management

- Good negotiation, communication and relationship building skills
- Good analytical skills and initiative
- Adaptable to a dynamic environment
- Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements. Startup experience is a plus

- Excellent command both in written and spoken English
