Job Description:
- The Head Of Sales Will Be Reporting Directly To The President Director And Lead A Team Of 7 People
- This Role Is Only Open To Indonesian Nationals And Fluency In English And Bahasa Indonesia Is A Must
- Responsible For Overall Sales Activities In Indonesia
- Create Sales Strategy To Drive The Business Performance In Indonesia
- Establish Channel Partners To Distribute The Products Across Indonesia
- Make Full Use Of Market Intelligence Such As Competitors, Product Profile And Product Price To Enlarge Market Share
- Track And Monitor Progress On New Business Development In All Regions
- Developing Good Relationship With Existing And New Customers, Securing New Opportunities
- Coming Up With Sales Plan And Strategies To Ensure That Maximum Profitability Can Be Achieved
- Establishing Good Relationships With The Key Stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- MBA will be a plus
- A minimum of 7 years experience in managerial position or leading a team minimal 5 people
- 10+ years working experience in the Food sector focusing on B2B market
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence a diverse population, multiple levels of an organisation and various cross-functions
