Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and manage budgets
- Analyze market trends & competitors to identify new growth opportunities
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and distributor performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors/outlets
- Coach and guide the sales team to ensure effective execution
Job Requirements:
- 8–15 years of experience in FMCG, with at least 8 years in personal care & cosmetics
- Proven leadership in managing large teams (100+ members) across multiple regions
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset with creativity and innovation in business development
- Excellent delegation skills, high drive, and service-oriented sales expertise
