Job Description:
- Business Partners/distributors In Order To Meet The Objectives Of The Company's Overall Business Plans And Strategies
- Develop Business In Traditional Market And Maintain The Modern Market Business.
- Manage All Of The Field And In-house Sales Functions Of The Company's Facilities.
- The Position Specifically Is Responsible For All Field Sales And All Sales Support Functions Of The Company
- Accurately Forecasts Annual, Quarterly And Monthly Revenue Streams
- Define And Manage The Monthly And Annual Sales Objectives For All Of The Sales Personnel
- Spend A Sufficient Portion Of Time In The Field Both With Individual Accounts And Co-traveling With Sales Personnel
- In Coordination With Board Member To Establish Compensation Plans For All Sales Personnel Including Salary Structures, Commission/incentive Plans, Sales Contests, Etc
- Keep Up To Date With Recent Market And Industry Trends, Competitors, And Leading Customer Strategies
- Establishes And Manages Effective Programs To Compensate, Coach, Appraise And Train Sales Personnel
Job Requirements:
- Indonesian talent with minimum Bachelor Degree from Reputable University
- Minimum 8 years working experience in FMCG company with strong focus in GT Sales
- Experience in handling Food and Confectionary will be a major advantage
- Exposed in managing big team
- Strong communication skills and able to develop sales team and organisation.
