Job Description:
As the Head of Sales Operations, you will report to the CEO of the company directly and you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales operations team to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the department. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our sales process is efficient, effective, and meets the needs of our clients. This is a critical role within our organization, and we are seeking a candidate with a track record of success in sales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales operations strategies that align with our business objectives
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, including sales forecasting, sales analytics, and sales reporting
- Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the sales operations team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and product development, to ensure alignment and success
- Ensure that our sales process is efficient, effective, and meets the needs of our clients
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that the sales team is equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in sales operations, with a track record of success in a leadership role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a high-performing team
- Fluent speaking in English
- Fluent speaking in Mandarin is a plus
- Experience working in a technology company is a plus
