• Designing A Commercially-sound Referral Business Scheme That Would Persuade Potential KOL/partners
• Leading The Whole Division To Drive Quality Traffic To The Platform, And To Identify, Design, Plan And Implement Strategy To Drive Growth - Including Being Responsible For The Division P&L
• Act As The Product Owner Of The Referral Platform To Ensure Excellent End-to-end Partner Journey
• Work With The Team To Come Up With Effective KOL Acquisition Strategies
• Developing Strategic Marketing Initiatives For Key Affiliate Accounts
• Planning And Executing Affiliate Campaigns, Activities And Assist In Marketing And Sales Activities Such As Events, Seminars And Conferences Among Others
• Build Strong Internal Networks For Collaboration And Knowledge Transfer With Other Business Functions Of The Company

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or other relevant field from a reputable University
• Proven track record in setting up a successful Business(Sales) structure: incentive scheme, policies, etc - online referral scheme would be a PLUS
• Previous experience from Ecommerce companies and Management Consulting companies is a plus
• Leadership experience is a must
• Established relationships within the affiliation network would be an advantage
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills with good problem solving skills
• Ability to work within a multicultural, fast pace environment
• Proficient in MS Office, sound data analytical skills to utilize data and metrics in making business decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
