Job Description:
- Conducting Market Research And Analysis To Identify New Opportunities For Growth
- Developing Strategic Plans That Align With The Organization's Overall Goals
- Leading Change Management Initiatives To Implement These Plans
- Managing Budgets And Resources
- Communicating The Organization's Strategy To Stakeholders
- Building And Maintaining Relationships With Key Stakeholders
- Identifying And Mitigating Risks
- Measuring And Evaluating The Success Of Strategic Initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university
- 5+ years of working experiences in strategic planning, change management, or a related field
- Background from MBB or other top consulting firms is highly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
