Job Description:
- Review Product Integration And Facilitate Trade-off Decisions To Make Sure Designs Meet Product Attribute Targets
- Direct The Development Of Master Packaging Sections And Evaluate Product Integration Feasibility
- Lead Teams In Resolving Complex Packaging Issues
- Manage The Highest Level Of Product CAD And BOM Employing The Best Practices To Guarantee CAD Completeness And Compatibility And Help The Launch Process
- Establish Relationships With Government Authorities To Interpret Applicable Standards And Regulations
- Collaborate With Engineering Teams To Apply Standards And Technical Regulations In Vehicle Concept
- Design And Install Measuring Technology For Engineering Vehicles And Validation Devices (e.g. Test Benches) And Do Layout Of Vehicle Components To Meet System And Vehicle Needs While Optimising For Efficiency, Cost, Weight, Ergonomics, Manufacturability, And Serviceability
Job Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience and expertise in working within the Automotive Industry, especially in Electric Vehicle
- Bachelor or Master's in electronics, automotive engineering, or a comparable discipline
- Solid understanding of automotive system concept creation and system engineering
- Overview of different automotive domain features and functions, networks, software, and hardware architectures
- Sophisticated analytically and conceptual skills
- Capabilities in modelling methods and tools are welcome
- Comfortable working with technical teams and getting into technical details
- Able to build teams from the ground up and manage a team of teams
- Able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment under minimum guidance
- Demonstrate ability to handle multiple competing work assignments from engineering, studio, and manufacturing
