Job Description:
- Creating And Managing Budgets For Hospital Operations And Patient Care Services, Including Setting Prices For Services Provided
- Coordinating Activities With Other Departments To Ensure Efficient Use Of Resources And Delivery Of Care
- Overseeing The Development And Implementation Of New Programs That Support The Mission Of The Hospital Or Medical Center
- Managing The Operations Of The Hospital Or Medical Center, Such As Reviewing Patient Care Plans, Monitoring Staff Performance, And Evaluating Clinical Outcomes
- Directing Staff In The Delivery Of Health Care Services And Overseeing All Administrative Functions Of A Facility Or Department
- Developing And Implementing Policies To Ensure The Safety Of Patients And Staff
- Establishing Relationships With Community Leaders And Government Officials To Promote Public Awareness Of Healthcare Issues
- Managing The Hiring, Firing, And Training Of Hospital Staff Members To Ensure Efficient Operation Of The Facility
- Overseeing Fundraising Efforts And Securing Donations From Individuals, Corporations, And Other Organizations
Job Requirements:
- Proven P&L responsibility and results
- Ability to manage mid to large scale team
- Receiving and reviewing quarterly quality improvement reports
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Medical/Surgical and/or Intensive Care nursing
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in a management position
