Job Description:
- Provide HR Business Partnership To Business Leaders
- Develop, Implement, Socialise And Enforce HR Policies (Local And Regional)
- Enhance Working Relationship Between Management & Employees Via Different Employee Engagement & Continuous Improvement Programs
- Take The Lead In Reviewing, Introducing, And Implementing New HR Practices So As To Align With Overall Business Goals And Ensure Organisational Effectiveness
- Collaborate With Senior Management To Understand The Organisation's Goals And Strategy Related To Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Talent Management, L&D, Succession Planning, And Retention
Job Requirements:
- Over 15 years of HR Management experience, with at lest 5 years in the retail industry
- Proven track record as a strategic HR leader for a large-sized organisation
- Well-rounded understanding of manpower laws and labour legislation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Experience of working in an international, matrix environment
