HR DIRECTOR
You Will Be The Go-to Person For Talent Management And Organization Related Issues. This Means that Your Duties Will Involve Managing Activities Such As Job And Policy Design, Recruitment, employee Engagement And Culture, Performance Management, Training & Development And talent Management.

Responsibilities:
● Be A Strategic Partner And Advisor To CEO & Other Board Of Directors In Terms Of People capabilities
● Lead And Monitor Full-cycle Of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Processes, From crafting Employer Value Propositions, Manpower Planning, Talent Pooling & Pipeline development, And Continuously Improving Recruitment Process To Ensure Business operations Run Smoothly
● Lead And Monitor Training Need Analysis And Define The Training And Development roadmap For Employees To Ensure Employees Are Competent To Do Their Job
● Lead And Monitor Performance Management Activities And Analyze The Results To Create talent Development And Career Management Plan And Activities
● Create And Implement Compensation And Benefit Strategy To Ensure Employer C&B competitiveness In The Market
● Lead And Manage HR Operations Team (recruiter & People
Operations)
● Lead A Variety Of Ad Hoc Tasks, Reports, Analysis And
Diagnostics
Requirements:
● Minimum 10 Years’ Experience As HR Generalist/HRBP Manager And 3 Years In Managerial Position, Preferably From Digital Or Tech Industry, Or HR Consulting
● Possess A Broad And Comprehensive Understanding Of Multiple HR Center Of Excellence and Various HR Best-practices
● Hands-on, Roll Up Your Sleeve Attitude Is A Must While Also Be A Strategic Advisor To senior Leadership Team
● Extensive Experience In Business, Functional And People Management, With Proven abilities In Taking Responsibility For Executing Concurrently On A Deliverable According To strict Timetables
● Tech-savvy, Innovative Individual With Demonstrable Experience In Improving Employee experience
● A Self-aware, Self-confident Individual Who Has Well Developed Listening Skills, And A strong Ability To Engage Employee By Providing Proactive Advice On A Variety Of Matters
