Currently our client who is a well-established brand in the F&B industry is looking for HR Manager to join their team. Below are the job description:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's overall business goals, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and compensation.
• Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by managing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and identify training and development needs.
• Create and implement employee development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career growth.
• Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with all relevant regulations.
