Job Description:

Currently our client, a well-established brand in the F&B Industry is looking for HR Manager to join their team. Below are the job description:

  • Coordinating and ensuring the achievement of targets across all HR processes, including recruitment, people development, employee and industrial relations, general affairs, and payroll.
  • Ensuring labor budget efficiency aligns with company targets.
  • Ensuring an increase in employee productivity.
  • Ensuring the development of employee competencies and performance within the company.
  • Ensuring departmental and individual KPIs of all employees are aligned with company KPIs.
  • Ensuring the implementation of a Performance Management System in the company.
  • Coordinating and ensuring target achievement of non-HR processes under management’s instructions.

    • Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or Legal Studies
    • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
    • Proven experience in Human Resources.
    • Systematic thinking.
    • Strong leadership skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Strong abilities in Organizational Development and Recruitment.
    • Good understanding of the Omnibus Law (UU Cipta Kerja).
