Job Description:
- Leading The HRBP Indonesia Team
- Becoming A Business Partner To The Regional And Top Management Team
- Overviewing And Building Strategic HR Plan To Continuously Improve And Evolve The Organization
- Provide Meaningful Insights And Suggestions To Line Managers And Peers Across The Organization
- Building Meaningful Relationship With Stakeholders Of The Company
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree, preferably from psychology or human resources major
- 6-8 years of experiences as HRBP, 3 years of experience in management
- 2-3 years of experiences as talent acquisition
- Previous experiences in developing and working in start-up environment
- Proven track record in performance management and organizational development
- Fluency in English
- Adaptable and a fast learner, added with good negotiation and communication skill
