Job Description:
- Actively Collaborate With Management Team To Develop HR Policies And Revamping Current Procedures; Aligning HR Needs With The Company's Business Directions
- Provide Guidance And Support To Management Team And Employees On HR-related Matters, Covering The Administration And Strategic Implementation Of Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits
- Support Employee Engagement As Part Of Talent Retention Strategies, Continuously Reviewing Proper Practices
- Identify Gaps In Development Modules And Practices Through Business Partnering, Helping The Business In Creating Targeted Development Practice
- Analyze HR Metrics To Provide Insights
- Ensuring Compliance With Relevant Labor Laws And Regulations
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or other relevant field with about 8+ years of HR business partnering experience
- Well-rounded end-to-end HR knowledge with strong expertise within the talent management spectrum, covering aspects of people development and performance management
- Stellar communication and stakeholder management skill
- Willing to work as an individual contributor
- Fluent in English
