Job Description:
- Support And Work Closely With The Business Leaders In The Related Department, Such As Operations And Supporting Functions To Understand, Identify, And Drive People Strategies & Programs Align With Business Objectives
- Initiate, Implement And Monitor Appropriate HR Processes And The Execution Of HR Programs (Manpower Plan, Recruitment Coordination, Learning And Development Activities, Organization Development And Changes, Etc.) In The Department
- Enhance And Drive The Implementation Of The Performance Management Process (OKR Setting And Review, Performance Assessment, And Performance Improvement Plan-PIP)
- Support The Department Leadership Team To Ensure The OKR And Individual's KPI Are Achieved, And Identify The Performance Issues And Improvement Needed At A Low-complexity Level
- Analyzes Trends And Metrics In Partnership With The Other HR Functions To Develop Solutions, Programs And Initiatives
- Maintain In-depth Knowledge Of Legal Requirements Related To Day-today Management Of Employees, And Also Manage The Industrial Relations Issues, Employee's Grievance And Disciplines, Reduce Legal Risks And Ensure Regulatory Compliance. Partners With The Legal Department As Needed/required
- Develop And Implement Solutions To Improve Work Relationships, Build Morale, And Increase Productivity And Retention
- Provide Initiatives And Improvement For Current And New HR/company's Policies, Processes, And Program
- Work Closely With The L & D Department For People Development Program And Implementation, Identify The Training Need Analysis (TNA) And Individual Development Plan (IDP) Analysis
- Provide Periodic Reports/statistics On Assigned Tasks, KPI Progress And Projects Within The Scope Of Work
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR function across different specialisation or generalist, preferably but not limited to organization development, talent acquisition, learning and development, business partner and employee and industrial relations
- Proven track record as HRBP or strategic HR generalist working closely with business leaders of a dedicated department, preferably in Operations or relevant large-headcount and fast-paced business
- Demonstrated team player traits with solid communication, stakeholder management, analytical, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Strong in data analysis and identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Strong commercial and business acumen, organised, good with process yet agile
- Fast learner, agile and able to quickly adapt in a new environment and fast-pace culture working across different department and culture
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills in supporting business leaders whilst also the champion of People
- Strong project management skills and demonstrated track record in handling complex, fast-paced projects with the ability to multi-task
