Job Description:
- Lead End-to-end Human Resources Department Both In HR Operations And HR Strategy To Continuously Evaluate And Develop People Strategies Aligned With Business Objectives
- Continuously Identify And Assess The Gaps In The Organization's HR Process And System And Propose Methods Or Procedures To Improve Them
- Responsible For The Full Spectrum Of HR Including Talent Acquisitions, Performance Management, Compensation And Benefits, Staff Welfare, Training As Well As Oversee General Affairs
- Act As HR Business Partner To Business Lead And Also Leader To The HRGA Team
- Develop And Implement HR Strategies And Initiatives Aligned With The Overall Business Strategy
- Support Current And Future Business Needs Through The Development, Engagement, Motivation And Preservation Of Human Capital
- Promoting Corporate Values And Drive Culture
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance With Labour Law
Job Requirements:
- Must have at least 5+ years in-depth experiences in end-to-end generalist Human Resources such as: HR operations, employee relations, payroll, manpower planning and management, talent management and recruitment
- Experiences working with business leader and act as advisor / HR business partner to translate business direction and objectives into people strategy and processes
- Proven track record of strong understanding of manpower regulation, labour law, employment law, and regulatory compliance for different employment types and contracts. Always stay updated on the most recent regulation and employment trends
- Strong people skills and passionate about people to drive culture by translating company value and/or develop strong culture to enhance performance
- Experienced working in fast-paced and dynamic environment with innovative mindset yet structured. Combination of experiences working in start-ups and established companies would be ideal
- Experiences working alongside business leaders to understand business objective and able to advise and drive people strategies aligned with business goals
- Proven managerial and leadership skills in leading a team and stakeholder management
- Strong English communication skills and demonstrated leadership skills to lead the HRGA team and partner with business leaders
